Sandpiper Greens is ideally located within the 2635 acre Pelican Landing Community. We are thoughtfully surrounded by the lush greens and fairways of the adjoining Gator and Hurricane courses of the Pelican’s Nest Golf Club.

GULF BREEZE CHARGES $75/HR and $10 FOR A LIGHT BULB. WE HAVE A VOLUNTEER MAINTENANCE COMMITTEE THAT CAN DO SOME TASKS FOR THE COST OF MATERIALS.
PLEASE NOTE THIS COMMITTEE IS FOR COMMUNITY, NOT PERSONAL MAINTENENCE REQUESTS.
