Within Pelican Landing, residents enjoy the pristine private beach park on Big Hickory Island, reached by a short ferry ride across Estero Bay. Other Pelican Landing amenities include a Community Center with a wealth of planned activities and groups, and Coconut Point Marina with available slips as well as community-owned sailboats, paddle boards and kayaks. The bulletin board located near the mailbox is the official bulletin board. A bulletin board located at the pool area may be used for resident notices.
The Sandpiper Greens Annual Meeting is held in the Late Winter/Early Spring at the Pool Area. Board members provide status reports to Members, election of Board Members takes place, and any business requiring a Membership vote occurs at that time.
