About Sandpiper Greens

Residents of Sandpiper Greens enjoy our convenient location for walking and bicycling to the Butterfly Garden, Spring Creek Dock, Pelican’s Nest Clubhouse, the Court Sports Center, the Kayak and Canoe Park, Bocce and  Pickle Ball Courts, and the Community and Fitness Center.  Within Pelican Landing, residents enjoy the pristine private beach park on Big Hickory Island, reached by a short ferry ride across Estero Bay.  Other Pelican Landing amenities include a Community Center with a wealth of planned activities and groups, and Coconut Point Marina with available slips as well as community-owned sailboats, paddle boards and kayaks. You may access the Pelican Landing website for a calendar of events, make reservations for court sports and sailing, join an exercise class, or get updated information about the many available activities. Explore Old Bonita, Riverside Park, the Saturday Farmer's Market at The Promenade in Bonita Springs, or the quiet beauty of Lover's Key in Fort Myers Beach. Close to home, our pool area is the focal point for social gatherings and meetings as well as swimming and participating in morning water aerobics. Or perhaps you would prefer relaxing in the spa, lounging in the sun, or under the trellis with friends and family.

The bulletin board located near the mailbox is the official bulletin board. A bulletin board located at the pool area may be used for resident notices.

The Sandpiper Greens Annual Meeting is held in the Late Winter/Early Spring at the Pool Area. Board members provide status reports to Members, election of Board Members takes place, and any business requiring a Membership vote occurs at that time.
